Booking & Studio Policy

By booking Framed Content Studios, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your slot.

2. Time Slots

  • Your booking includes setup and pack-up time.

  • Please ensure you leave the studio by the end of your booked slot.

  • Late arrivals will not be given extra time.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your booking will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

  • Bookings may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice.

4. Overrunning Your Booking

  • If you require additional time, you must contact us in advance.

  • Unauthorised overruns may result in additional charges.

5. Respect for the Space

  • Please treat the studio, furniture, and props with care.

  • All items must be returned to their original position.

  • The studio must be left clean and tidy.

  • All rubbish must be disposed of appropriately.

6. Damages

  • You are responsible for any damage caused during your booking.

  • Costs for repair or replacement of damaged items will be charged.

  • This includes damage to walls, floors, furniture, and props.

  • Fake tan, makeup, or any staining left on furniture, walls, or studio items may result in cleaning or replacement charges.

7. Access to the Studio

  • A member of the team will greet you at the start of your session.

  • Please arrive on time to ensure full use of your booking.

8. Liability

  • Framed Content Studios is not responsible for any personal injury or loss or damage to personal belongings during your session.

  • All equipment is brought into the studio at your own risk.
